PRESENTING DR. HOFFMAN WITH HIS CHAMPIONSHIP RING

AISHA PATRICK: Dr. Hoffman is the program director for Sports Science. He has helped UCF with this program tremendously. It will be the first in UCF history to have one and we will be the only school with this program. Dr. Hoffman is a wonderful man that has traveled all over the world to help different people. He has worked with the Orlando Magic and we had the opportunity to work with him throughout the year. It didn’t take long for him to be welcomed to our family. He shows great support to our team and has made a difference to our program.

He was my professor over the summer teaching Sports & Exercise Science. He demanded that I sat in the first three rows of class every day. Our team attended his house for a cookout recently. It was a great environment that brought our team together. We ate hotdogs, hamburgers, fruits and chips and salsa. It was a good environment. Although he did have a dog named Sarah that I am terrified of, but that’s another story. His house looked amazing!

The highlight of the day was when we presented him with a championship ring in appreciation for his dedication, and hard work for our program. We appreciate everything you have done for us Dr. Hoffman!
